The H-125-GF-P variant is distinguished by its 6-micron PET layer that enhances structural integrity, a 20-micron nylon layer for added flexibility, and a 45-micron aluminum foil layer that provides an impenetrable barrier. This is complemented by a 40-micron CPP layer, ensuring adaptability and high performance in a wide range of packaging applications.
The H-125-GR-P, while sharing the same PET and nylon layers, introduces a 45-micron CPP layer, catering to specific requirements for mechanical strength and chemical resistance, making it an ideal choice for diverse packaging needs.
Our films are subjected to a series of stringent tests to ensure they meet the highest quality standards, as per GB/T6672-2001, GB/T 8808-1988, QB/T2358-1998, and Q31/0112000414C016-2018-016. These tests cover thickness, peel strength, sealing strength, formability, and resistance to electrolytes, guaranteeing the films' reliability and consistency.
The H-125 series is more than just a packaging material; it's a statement of our commitment to innovation and excellence. It's about providing a protective shield that maintains the integrity and quality of your products, ensuring that every consumer experience is a testament to your brand's promise of excellence.
For those who seek packaging solutions that are both robust and sophisticated, the H-125 series is the embodiment of our dedication to pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Experience the difference that our advanced film technology brings to your packaging solutions.
Choose the H-125 series for packaging that is a reflection of your pursuit of innovation and excellence.
While both variants share the same core PET and nylon layers, the H-125-GF-P features a 40-micron CPP layer for versatile packaging applications, whereas the H-125-GR-P utilizes a 45-micron PP layer to meet specific mechanical strength and chemical resistance demands.
The H-125 series undergoes strict quality evaluations in compliance with standards such as GB/T6672-2001 (thickness), GB/T 8808-1988 (peel strength), QB/T2358-1998 (sealing strength), and Q31/0112000414C016-2018-016 (formability and electrolyte resistance).
Under the QB/T2358-1998 testing standard, the H-125 series films exhibit a typical sealing strength value of ≥10 N/15mm, ensuring a secure and reliable seal.
For a standard size of 34mm x 44mm, the H-125 series achieves a typical formability value of ≥50 mm when tested under standard Q31/0112000414C016-2018-016.
Both the PA/AL and AL/PP layers demonstrate a highly reliable peel strength of ≥3 N/15mm as measured according to the GB/T 8808-1988 test method.
